S T A T U S[edit | edit source]

Weiss the Immaculate is a depraved and ruthless SOLDIER who reigns supreme over Deepground. Due to his position as the first and strongest member of the Tsviets, Weiss has been bestowed with the title of emperor. His immense power inspires fear in the hearts of the Deepground soldiers, who obediently follow him, even though they rarely encounter him face-to-face. Despite his tyrannical reign over the Tsviets, Weiss is kept sealed inside the Mako Reactor 0 core by the Restrictors to prevent him from fully taking over Deepground. Weiss has a strong and profound connection with his younger brother, Nero the Sable.

APPEARANCE[edit | edit source]

Weiss has a tall and muscular physique, and his striking white hair, which is shoulder-length and spiky, sticks out in all directions and partially covers his face. He has blue eyes with yellow rings surrounding the pupils. His upper body is bare, and he wears white pants that are tied with a black sash similar to a karate uniform, along with knee-high boots. He dons a white mako coat with black lining and carries dual sword revolvers across his back. Whenever he imitates the other Tsivets, the lights on his outfit change color.

PERSONALITY[edit | edit source]

Weiss shares a deep-seated loathing for humans, much like the other members of the Tsviets, and he harbors a particular disdain for scientists. He exudes a calm, charismatic, and self-assured demeanor, which, combined with his leadership abilities, makes him highly convincing. He exhibits psychopathic tendencies and shows little regard for the well-being of his subordinates, even taking pleasure in their demise as much as that of his foes. He is overconfident, impulsive, cruel, and views people merely as tools to advance his own goals. Despite this, he has a fondness for his younger brother, Nero, whom he considers to be the only person who has ever loved him.

P O W E R S[edit | edit source]

Weiss is an extremely aggressive fighter who ruthlessly charges at his enemies and inflicts significant damage through swift and destructive attacks. Alongside his two gunblades, he can employ Phase Shift to mimic the weapons and abilities of all the other Tsviets. In his normal state, Weiss can execute powerful sword combos and fire his gunblades while maintaining a nimble movement speed that allows him to quickly close the distance to his opponents. When mimicking Azul, Weiss abandons speed for power, using devastating long-range attacks that involve a barrage of bullets. In this form, physical attacks will have no effect on Weiss unless he is staggered. In contrast, when imitating Rosso, Weiss's attacks are swifter and more ruthless, and he can perform Rosso's signature shockwave-powered leaps with lightning speed. In this form, magic attacks will have no effect on Weiss unless he is staggered.

B A C K G R O U N D[edit | edit source]

Weiss is the product of an experiment involving the infusion of pure mako energy in utero. He was born in Deepground with the ability to absorb mako energy directly into his body for sustenance, and was labelled the perfect SOLDIER by Deepground researchers. Weiss is the older brother of Nero, who by contrast is the sole survivor of the stagnant mako experiments. Weiss was further enhanced as part of the continued research into Project G in Deepground, receiving Genesis Rhapsodos' genes as well as those of the rest of the Tsviets, and gaining their unique abilities. His extraordinary power made the Deepground Researchers fearful of his potential, and the Restrictors chained him to a throne and sealed him inside the core of Mako Reactor 0 to keep him contained.
